Abstract
The processes are flowing in metals under the electric deposition with high density of power (≥1×1014 W/m3) has been analyzed. It is proposed to estimate a degree of nonequilibrium of energy dissipation processes on difference in the actual metal temperature and the temperature calculation on Joule's law.
